彩色多普勒超声在乳腺肿块诊断中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨二维超声和彩色多普勒超声乳腺肿块的声像图特点,评价在乳腺肿块诊断中的应用价值。方法:回顾性总结分析276例乳腺疾病患者二维超声和彩色多普勒超声的临床资料与病理报告。结果:276例乳腺患者超声检查出肿块312例,良性者216例,恶性者96例。与术后病理结果比较,良性肿块诊断符合率为90.7%(196/216),恶性肿块诊断符合率为87.5%(84/96)。良、恶性肿块在肿块形态、包膜、内部回声、钙化灶及血流信号方面的差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:彩色多普勒超声在乳腺良、恶性肿瘤鉴别诊断中具有较高的临床应用价值。Objective：To approach the sonographic features of breast masses with two-dimensional ultrasound and color doppler ultrasound,To evaluate the value in Breast lumps diagnose that there is benign or malignant.Method：Retrospective summary clinical data of 276 pou mammary gland illness in Our hospital with Two-dimensional ultrasound and color Doppler ultrasound.Result：There is 312 pou lumps in 276 pou mammary gland aeger with ultrasonic inspection,Among them,216 benign cases,96 malignant cases;Compared with pathological results,the diagnose accordance rate of the innocence tumour is 90.7%（196/216）,the diagnose accordance rate of the malignancy tumour is 87.5%（84/96）.There were statistical differences between Benign and malignant masses in the shape,envelop,internal echo,calcification and Blood flow signals（P0.01）.Conclusion：there is higher clinical application value in Differential Diagnosis that Breast lumps is is benign or malignant with color Doppler ultrasound.
