摘　　要：知识管理对于学校管理而言是一种全新的管理模式。基于知识链的学校知识管理模式对学校发展有着特殊的意义，它通过对现代信息技术的应用促进学校组织内部的知识转移与扩散、整合与创新，实现学‘校自我学习、自我组织、自我控制、自我发展的新境界。In terms of knowledge management for the school management is a new management model.
