摘　　要：患者男,41岁。口唇进行性肿胀4年,双手麻木2周,皱襞舌。皮损组织病理示:真皮深部可见非坏死性肉芽肿。诊断:Melkersson-Rosenthal综合征。A 41-year-old man had persisted edema of both lips for four years and felt anesthesia of both hands for 2 weeks.He had fissured tongue.Histopathological examination showed non-necrotizing granulomatous inflammation in the deep dermis.Based on features of clinic and the histopathology,the diagnosis of Melkersson-Rosenthal Syndrome was made.
