摘  要:目的探讨健康成人食物特异性抗体IgG和IgG4含量的参考范围。方法采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测240例健康成人血清中8种常见食物(牛奶、鸡蛋、大豆、蟹、鳕鱼、虾、花生及小麦)特异性抗体IgG和IgG4。结果 8种食物特异性IgG及特异性IgG4含量均不存在性别差异(P>0.05),但是青年组(20~50岁)食物特异性IgG及特异性IgG4的含量均显著高于老年组(>50岁),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),青年组食物特异性IgG含量为(43.73±9.91)U/mL,特异性IgG4含量为(23.38±11.53)UA/mL;老年组食物特异性IgG含量为(41.81±8.67)U/mL,特异性IgG4含量为(21.88±8.90)UA/mL。结论健康成人的血清食物特异性IgG及特异性IgG4水平不存在性别差异,男女可通用正常参考范围;青年组食物特异性IgG及特异性IgG4的含量均显著高于老年组。Objective To investigate the reference values of IgG and IgG4 serum levels for 8 kinds of common food of healthy adults.Methods Two hundred and forty healthy adults were detected to assess the serum levels of specific IgG and specific IgG4 for 8 kinds of common food(milk,egg,soybean,crab,cod,shrimp,peanut and wheat)by ELISA.Results The content of pecific IgG as well as specific IgG4 for all 8 kinds of food had no significant difference between male and female(P0.05).The content of specific IgG as well as specific IgG4 of young people(20~50 years old)was significantly higher than that of the old(50 years old).In young people's serum,the content of food specific IgG was(43.73±9.91)U/mL,and the content of food-specific IgG4 was(23.38±11.53)UA/mL.In old people's serum,the content of specific IgG for food antigens was(41.81±8.67)U/mL,and the content of specific IgG4 for food antigens was(21.88±8.90)UA/mL.Conclusions There was no significant difference between the sexes for the reference values of IgG and IgG4 serum levels in healthy adults.Normal reference is same.The levels of IgG and IgG4 expression in the young group were significantly increased than old group.
