摘 要:汽车启动用铅酸蓄电池启用后,当车辆停驶时,蓄电池处于湿储存状态。在储存过程中,蓄电池由于自放电而逐渐失效。如不采取妥善的方法进行储存,将会造成蓄电池损坏。传统储存方法有:低温储存、低密度电液储存、注水储存、沥干储存、涓流充电储存、定期充电储存等。本文根据以往试验研究结果,提出加添加剂储存和密封低氧储存两种新的储存方法。实际应用情况表明:上述方法可有效抑制蓄电池的自放电,使无故障铅酸蓄电池湿储存6个月内无须维护,而且实施方便,储存成本低。如能根据不同地区的气候条件,与低温储存、低密度电液储存等方法结合使用,效果更为明显。After a SLI battery is put in use,it will be in storage state when vehicles are parked.Because of self discharge in the process of the storage,the battery loses efficacy gradually.Battery will damage unless we take the right way storage.Traditional storage methods are low temperature storage,low density electrolyte storage,water flooding storage,dehydrated storage,micro current charge storage and time charge storage,etc.According to results from R&D work,two new methods,i.e.battery storage with putting additive or with hermetically sealed are proposed.Results from practical application show that,the above mentioned methods can restrain effectively self discharge and the lead acid battery can be stored for six months without maintenance.It is also simple and low storage cost.The effect is more significant if combined with low temperature or low density electrolyte storage,on the basis of climate conditions at different areas.
