摘　　要：简要回顾了中国钢铁工业“十一五”的发展，五年里中国钢铁工业产能、产量快速增加，调整产品结构、转变发展方式、提高综合竞争力取得很大成绩，但是发展的“瓶颈”日益突显。对未来几年中国钢铁工业的发展做了展望，预见经过今后五年的努力，中国钢铁工业将在“十一五”发展的基础上，通过转方式、调结构，在新的历史起点上实现新的更好的发展。最后，还就中国钢铁工业的快速发展提出了一点思考。The five years for the 11th Five Year Plan Period are the most extraordinary ones. During these five years, China＇ s steel industry experienced not only rapid increase in production capacity and output, but also great progress in the adjustment of product mix, transformation of development mode and improving comprehensive competitiveness. Meanwhile, the bottleneck for development is becoming increasingly apparent. From the analysis of the 12th Five-Year Program, in the years to come, China＇ s iron and steel industry remains in a strategic period with both opportunities to achieve great success and many risks and challenges as well. It is predictable that based on the progress made during the 1 lth Five-Year Program China＇ s iron and steel industry will develop more vigorously through the transformation of the mode of development and structural adjustment. Finally, some thoughts about the rapid development of China＇s steel industry have been put forward.
