球齿钎头用钢研究

摘　　要：对球齿钎头的凿岩状态进行分析,根据球齿钎头的固齿工艺要求和合金元素在钢中的作用,经过优选的合金化设计,选择Q45NiCr1Mo1VA合金钢作为球齿钎头壳体用钢,在有效的热处理工艺条件下,其使用性能达到国内外同类产品的先进水平。Analyzing the drilling state of button bits,according to fixed process requirements of the button bits and the effect of alloy element in steel,through the optimal alloy design,selection Q45NiCr1Mo1VA alloy steel as the body of button bits steel,the use of performance has reached the advanced level of similar products at home and abroad in an efficient heat treatment process.
