摘　　要：对于卫生法学专业人才教育而言,必须将其职业素质培养置于核心地位。作为卫生法学专业的大学生究竟应该具备什么样的职业素质,则取决于学校的培养目标,也就是对将来学生的职业定位。要从满足我国卫生法治建设、医疗卫生事业管理等多个层面的需要出发来对卫生法学专业学生进行职业定位。并依此来确定卫生法学专业学生需要具备的核心要素、基础性要素、专业性要素3个方面的职业素质。The professional quality education must be put in kernel position in the talent training in the specialty of health law.The students＇ professional quality in the specialty of health law depends on the training target of universities,or the vocational orientation.The vocational orientation should be met the demands of the construction of law and management of medical and health undertaking.The professional quality of 3 aspects,including core elements,basic elements and professional elements,are needed by the students in the specialty of health law.
