摘　　要：随着我国进入老龄化社会,疾病谱以及医疗模式的变化,医学实践模式产生了根本的变化,医疗保健行业蓬勃兴起,社会需求对针灸推拿专业研究生就业去向产生影响,也对针灸推拿专业研究生的知识结构提出新的要求,学校、导师、学生3方应面对挑战,抓住机遇,在提高针灸推拿临床专业技能的同时,改善知识结构,增加康复、养生保健等专业知识,以适应新兴行业和基层卫生保健事业的需求。As our country has entered an aging society,the transformation of disease spectrum and medical mode resulted in the fundamental changes of medical practice mode.The luxuriant rise-up of healthcare industry and society demands influence the employment direction of postgraduates＇ in acupuncture-moxibustion and tuina specialty,and put new requirements to their knowledge structure.Schools,teachers and students should face the challenges and seize opportunities.Postgraduates＇ knowledge structure and professional knowledge of rehabilitation and healthcare should be perfected and increased for accommodating the demands of newly developing industries and primary public health course at the same time their specialized skills are improved.
