种子引发对NaCl胁迫下小麦幼苗生理特性的影响  被引量:24

EFFECT OF SEED PRIMING ON PHYSIOLOGICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF WHEAT SEEDLING UNDER SALT STRESS

摘  要:以耐盐性强的晋农207和耐盐性弱的运麦218两个冬小麦品种种子为试材,用20%的PEG及100mmol/L的KNO3水溶液对种子进行引发处理。研究模拟NaCl胁迫环境下引发处理对小麦种子发芽、幼苗耐盐性及幼苗生理特性的影响。结果表明:两种引发处理不同程度地提高了2个品种小麦的发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数和活力指数;使2个小麦品种种子的膜透性显著降低,可溶性蛋白含量显著升高;不同程度提高了2小麦品种幼苗的耐盐指数和耐盐比率。在100mmol/L NaCl溶液胁迫下,引发处理下2小麦品种幼苗叶片膜透性及MDA含量降低,SOD、POD活性和RNA、脯氨酸、可溶性蛋白含量升高。表明对种子进行引发处理,通过提高幼苗抗氧化物酶活性、渗透调节物质含量及可溶性蛋白含量等,增强了小麦幼苗的耐盐性。试验还表明,引发处理对弱耐盐品种运麦218产生的引发效果要好于强耐盐品种晋农207;KNO3水溶液的引发效果总体上强于PEG。In this study,two winter wheat varieties,Jinnong 207 with strong salt tolerance and Yunmai 218 with weak salt tolerance were taken as the tested materials,20% PEG and 100mmol /L KNO3 water solution were used to prime their seeds to study the effect of priming on germination of wheat seeds,salt tolerance and physiological characters of seedlings under stimulated salt stress.Results showed that the priming treatments both improved germination potential,germination rate,germination index and activity index of two varieties.Membrane permeability of two varieties significantly declined,while the contents of soluble proteins obviously increased.The salt tolerance index and salt tolerance ratio of the two varieties were improved to different degrees.Under salt stress by 100mmol /L NaCl,membrane permeability and contents of MDA of the two varieties decreased;the activities of POD,SOD and contents of RNA,proline,and soluble proteins were improved,indicating that seed priming enhanced salt tolerance of wheat seedlings by improvement of activities of antioxidant enzymes and the contents of osmotic regulatory substances and soluble protein.The study also revealed that seed priming had better effect on Yunmai 218 with weak salt tolerance than that on Jinnong 207 with strong salt tolerance,and generally priming effect of KNO3water solution was better than that of PEG.
