两种不同染色法对精子形态染色效果比较

摘　　要：目的比较BASO(改良Diff-Quik)染色法和改良巴氏染色法对精子形态染色的效果,寻找可替代改良巴氏染色法的简单、有效的精子形态染色方法。方法随机选取50份精液标本,每份标本同时采用上述两种染色法对精液涂片进行染色,分析两种染色方法的结果。结果两种染色方法对精子形态评估结果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);且两种方法对精子正常形态率的评估具有正相关性(r=0.984,P<0.01)。结论 BASO法是一种简单有效的精子形态染色方法,可替代改良巴氏染色法。Objective To compare BASO（improved Diff-Quik stain） with improved Papanicolaou stain on sperm morphology evaluation,and to find a relatively simple and effective sperm morphology stain method which can replace improved Papanicolaou stain.Methods 50 sperm samples were stained synchronously by BASO stain and improved Papanicolaou staining repectively.And then the results of the two methods were analysed.Results These two stain methods had no difference in evaluating the sperm morphologyand the normal morphology and teratospermia（P0.05）.They had a positive correlation,and the correlation coefficient was 0.984（P0.01）.Conclusion BASO stain is a convenient,economic,and effective method which in evaluating the sperm morphology.It can replace improved Papanicolaou stain to assess the sperm morphology.
