A Unified Model for Fast Fluidization Dynamics—Continuous Transforming From Type a Choking to Type C Choking PartⅠ:Model Establishment

摘  要:根据快速流化床的基本流动特性、A型噎塞和C型噎塞的特征与定义,建立了一个统一、自恰的快速床模型分相共存模型。模型以A型噎塞的修正Yang公式为‘本构方程',合理预报了快速床的最小固体流率G_(sm),以及在固体流率不变的条件下降低操作气速时床层由A型噎塞向C型噎塞的连续过渡。模型中的稀相有效气流速度函数幂次n为可调参数,根据C型噎塞速度预报的Yousfi and Gau公式,初步确定模型参数n=4。Based on the basic nature of the fast fluidization,the characteristics and definitions of the type A choking and the type C choking,a unified and self-harmonistic model for fast fluidization dynamics,named the separate phase coexistence model,are proposed in this paper.By using the revised Yang's formula for type A choking as 'constitutive equation',the minimal solid flux for fast fluidization G_(sm) was predicted reasonably.When the operation gas velocity decreased but keeping solid flux constant,the continuous transforming from the type A choking to the type C choking was realized successfully.The adjustable model parameter n was determined to be about 4 through the comparison between the C type choking velocities calculated by this model and those by Yousfi and Gau's formula.
