摘  要:定性推理是定性仿真的关键步骤之一,采用定性符号构成的矩阵来表示机械基础单元(BMU)的功能转化,用定性向量表示输入及输出状态,并通过定性状态功能矩阵的组合、推理和仿真从而帮助设计师完成机械概念设计的构思及创新工作。在此方案中把基础单元作为一个研究对象,通过定性代数、逻辑组合、分形法和定性状态推导法从而全面掌握和预测复杂机械的组成结构,并选出符合设计要求的合理方案,最后通过对缝纫机刺布机构概念设计的推导实例验证了方案的合理性和可行性。Qualitative reasoning is a key step in qualitative simulate.The characterization of symbols constituted the matrix to mechanical-based unit(BMU) into the function.Vector was used as the import and export of state and Unit Qualitative Function Matrix(UQFM) was used through a combination,thus it was derived to help designers to complete mechanical conceptual design and the idea of innovation.In this program,the unit was looked as the basis of a study.Qualitative algebra,logic combination,fractal algorithm and qualitative state were used to derive to fully grasp and forecast the composition of complex machinery and select a reasonable project according with the design requirements.By the end,through the conceptual design of Needle Driving Mechanism of sewing machine,the derived instance of a program verifies the rationality and feasibility in the article.
