摘 要:以尿素、甲醛合成的脲醛树脂为基体、木浆纤维为增强材料制备了脲醛树脂模塑料。研究了氯化铵、柠檬酸三铵、氨基磺酸铵、氯化铵/氨基磺酸铵、氯化铵/钾明矾等五种固化剂对脲醛树脂模塑料流动性能、模塑收缩率和力学性能的影响。结果表明,当氯化铵用量为1.5份时,脲醛树脂模塑料的性能较好,其流动性为142 mm,模塑收缩率为0.31%,弯曲强度为98.62 MPa,冲击强度为1.98 kJ/m2,动态力学性能优异,玻璃化转变温度(Tg)较高。氨基磺酸铵的总体固化效果比其它几种固化剂好,可使模塑收缩率降低至0.26%,并使模塑料的动态力学性能及Tg达到最高;双组分固化剂氯化铵/氨基磺酸铵、氯化铵/钾明矾在脲醛树脂模塑料中的总体固化效果一般。The urea-formaldehyde molding compound was prepared by using urea-formaldehyde synthesized through urea and formaldehyde as matrix and lingo cellulose as reinforcement material.The effects of the content of five curing agents such as ammonium chloride,triammonium citrate,ammonium sulfamate,ammonium chloride/ammonium sulfamate,ammonium chloride/potassium aluminum sulfate on flow property,molding shrinkage,mechanical properties of mould compound were studied.The results showed that the performance of mould compound was excellent when the mass fraction of ammonium chloride was 1.5%.The fluidity was 142 mm,molding shrinkage rate was 0.31%,flexural strength was 98.62 MPa,impact strength was 1.98 kJ/m2.The dynamic mechanical analysis was excellent and the Tg was high.The overall curing effect of ammonium sulfamate was better,the molding shrinkage could decreased to 0.26% and the dynamic mechanical properties and Tg were best when using it.The overall curing effect of bi-component curing agent was average.
