摘  要:以镀铝玻璃纤维(GF)为导电填料,填充热固性酚醛树脂(PF)制备出PF电磁屏蔽复合材料,并测试了其体积电阻率和电磁屏蔽效能。结果表明,一定长度下以镀铝GF作为导电填料仍然具有渗滤性质,且其质量分数大于40%后材料的屏蔽效能开始保持稳定,同时用经典的同轴线模型公式估算了相同体积电阻下材料的屏蔽效能,发现其值与实测值具有一定偏差,分析了偏差的原因,最后指出材料自身结构亦是获得较高屏蔽效能的重要手段之一。Phenolic electromagnetic shielding composite was prepared by using glass fiber electroplated by Al(Al-GF) as conductivity filler to fill thermosetting phenolic resin.The volume resistivity and electromagnetic shielding efficiency of the composite was tested.The results indicated that the composite had percolating property when using the Al-GF with certain length as conductivity filler and the shielding efficiency would remain stable only when the content of fiber reached 40%.Meanwhile,the electromagnetic shielding efficiency of the composite with same volume resistivity was estimated by using schelkunoff formula and it was found that the value was different from the measured data,then the reason of differences between the estimated value and the measured data was analysed.at last it was pointed out that the structure of the material was one of the important means to gain higher shielding efficiency.
