摘  要:采用热压罐成型法制备了EP/碳布复合材料,研究了固化温度和后处理温度对复合材料弯曲性能的影响。结果表明,180℃固化的复合材料的弯曲强度和弯曲弹性模量高于120、150℃固化的复合材料;以180℃作为最高固化温度时,与不进行后处理相比,在180℃处理1 h后复合材料的弯曲强度得到大幅度的提高;较优的固化工艺参数为固化温度180℃、后处理温度180℃、后处理时间1 h。The epoxy resin/carbon-cloth composite were manufactured by autoclave molding,and the effect of curing temperature and post-treatment temperature on the flexural properties of the composite was studied.The results showed that the flexural strength and modulus of the composite cured in 180℃ were higher than that cured in 120℃ and 150℃.When 180℃ was adopted as the highest curing tempwrature,comparing with non post-treatment,flexural strength of the composite with post-treatment process of 180℃ and 1 h greatly increased.The best curing process parameters were that curing temperature was 180℃,post-treatment temperature was 180℃ and post-treatment time was 1 h.
