PP/POE滑/石粉复合材料的制备及其在汽车内饰件中的应用

摘　　要：通过分析聚丙烯(PP)和乙烯-辛烯共聚物(POE)的流变特性,选用熔体黏度相近的材料作为基体,以滑石粉为填料,制备了PP/POE滑/石粉复合材料。研究了螺杆组合、助剂种类对复合材料性能的影响,并利用扫描电子显微镜观察了POE和滑石粉在复合材料中的分散情况,考察了该复合材料在改善汽车内饰件外观中的应用状况。结果表明,合适的捏合块组数及环氧脂肪族化合物-POE共聚物类加工助剂有利于POE和滑石粉在复合材料中的分散和细化,由此提高了复合材料的冲击性能,并有效改善了汽车内饰件外观,消除了虎皮纹。By analyzing the rheological properties of polypropylene（PP） and polyolyaltha olfin（POE）,materials with similar melt viscosity were selected as matrix and talcum powder was selected as filler,PP/POE/talcum powder composite was prepared.The effect of screw combination and the sorts of auxiliary agents on the performance of composite was studied and the dispersion of POE and talcum powder in the composite was observed by scanning electron microscopy,then the application of the composite on improving the appearance of automotive interior parts was investigated.The results indicated that the appropriate kneading blocks and（epoxy aliphatic compound-POE）copolymer-type processing additives could facilitate the dispersion and thinning of POE and talcum powder in the composite,the impact strength of the composite was thus improved,the appearance of automotive interior parts was effectively improved and the tiger pattern was eliminated also.
