摘　　要：通过基于活动型芯的双色铲基模具设计,分析了双色注塑模具的设计要点及其工作过程,巧妙设计了在模具保持闭合状态下能够进行型腔拓展的活动型芯机构,并创造性地把热流道浇注系统和普通流道设计有效结合,为进一步推广双色注塑技术的应用和促进双色注塑模具的设计与制造起到了很好的借鉴作用。In the design of the mold with a movable core for two-tone shovel,the working process and design keys of two-tone injection mold were analyzed,the structure with a movable core which could extended the cavity in closed mold was smartly designed.Furthermore,the hot-runner and conventional runner were creatively combined in the design,which was a good example for advancing mold design and further application of two-tone injection mold technology.
