马钱子生物碱提取工艺的研究

摘　　要：为考察马钱子的最佳提取工艺,采用L9(34)正交试验法,以马钱子中士的宁、马钱子碱的含量为考察指标,采用酸性乙醇提取法对药材中的生物碱进行提取工艺研究。结果表明:马钱子生物碱提取的最佳工艺加12倍量80%pH=5的乙醇溶液,提取3次,每次1 h。该工艺合理、稳定、重现性好,为马钱子生物碱的生产提供试验依据。To obtain the optimum extraction conditions of Semen Strychni,using L9（34） orthogonal experiment,with content of brucine and strychnine as research index,the extraction technology of alkaloid was studied by ethanol extract method.The results showed the best extraction technology of Semen Strychni was adding 12 times the amount of 80% pH=5 of ethanol solution, extracting three times and each time for 1 h.This technology is of reasonableness,stability and repeatability and provides experimental reference for the production of alkaloid in Semen Strychni.
