摘  要:用大豆中油89B(代号W202)品种作母本,分别与W203、W206、W2073个品种杂交,在F1代发现不育株;通过正反交测定,属质核互作型;通过连续4~5代核置换回交,获得雌、雄育性较稳定的3个不育系W931A、W936A、W933A;这些不育系是栽培大豆与栽培大豆杂交后获得的,故定名为M型质核互作雄性不育系。Sterile plants were found in F 1 from crosses with soybean variety Zhongyou 89B(W 202 ) as maternal crossed respectively with varieties W 206 , W 203 and W 207 as paternal,which was defined as nucleo cytoplasmic interaction through the examination of reciprocal crosses.Three sterile lines,W 931A ,W 936A ,W 933A ,with stable male and female fertility were obtained by 4~5 generation's backcrosses of nucleus substitution.The sterile lines were named as M male sterile line of nucleo cytoplasmic interaction because they were derived from the filial generation between soybean cultivars.
