摘　　要：对火鹤在不同的生长素、细胞分裂素组合条件下的生长、分化进行试验,选择出火鹤高效增殖、继代、生根的快繁体系,其中MS+6-BA 1.0mg/kg+IBA 0.1mg/kg继代增殖最佳,1/2MS+IBA 0.5mg/kg生根效果最好。The growth and development of Anthurium Scherxerionum with different combination of plant growth regulators was studied. A system for effective propagation, subculturing and root development was selected. MS medium Supplemented with 0. 5 mg/kg 6-BA and 0. 1 mg/kg IBA produced best results for subculture, and 1/2 MS with 0. 5 mg/kg IBA had a bestresults for root development.
