摘 要:以丙纶纤维为增强体,聚丙烯树脂为基体,采用热压成型的方法制备丙纶纤维/PP复合材料板材。研究了不同热压温度、不同纤度的丙纶纤维用量对复合材料力学性能的影响。结果表明:本实验最佳热压温度为195℃,在此温度下,随着纤维用量的增加,复合材料的拉伸强度呈先升后降的趋势,在用量为15%时达到最高点,纤度为240D的丙纶纤维/PP复合材料拉伸强度为25.46MPa,纤度为900D的丙纶纤维/PP复合材料拉伸强度为26.88MPa。冲击强度随纤维用量增加有小幅度降低,但强度保持在400 J.m-1以上,仍呈现韧性断裂。SEM照片表明:两种材料间的不同界面结合对丙纶纤维/PP复合材料的力学性能具有显著影响,良好的界面结合会提高材料的力学性能。Using polypropylene fiber as reinforcement and polypropylene resin as matrix,polypropylene fiber/PP composite sheet was prepared by hot press molding.Effects of different pressing temperatures,the content of polypropylene fibers with different fiber numbers on mechanical properties of composite materials were investigated.The results showed that: the optimum pressing temperature in this experiment was 195℃,at this temperature,with the fiber content,the tensile strength increased up to the highest point at the amount of 15% and then decreased,the tensile strength of 240D polypropylene fiber/PP composite was 25.46MPa,that of 900D polypropylene fiber/PP composite was 26.88MPa.The impact strength showed a small range of decreasing trend with increased fiber content,but remained more than 400J·m-1,still showing ductile fracture.SEM showed that: the different interface bonding between two materials had a significant effect on mechanical properties of polypropylene fiber/PP composite,and good interface bonding could improve the mechanical properties.
