摘 要:针对含分布式电源的配电网,提出一种基于故障过流和故障方向信息的故障检测与隔离通用矩阵算法。采用关联矩阵描述网络拓扑结构,以来自电网不同测量点的故障电流及其方向信息构成故障信息矩阵,对上述2个矩阵进行运算能快速、可靠地检测到故障区段,结合当前网络结构和开关位置状态即可完成故障隔离。在此基础上,研究了当网络拓扑结构变化时的修正算法:只需简单修正故障信息矩阵和跳闸开关向量即可。此外,研究了算法对通信系统故障、故障信息丢失和故障信息错误等异常情况的容错性。算例计算结果验证了所述算法的正确性和可行性。A new fault detection and isolation matrix algorithm based on the fault overcurrents and their directions is proposed for the analysis of smart distribution systems with distributed generations.Using the correlation matrix to describe the network topology,and the fault overcurrents and their directions from the grid's different fault detect points to form the fault information matrix,the fault section can be diagnosed quickly and precisely through the calculation of the two matrices.With the current network structure and the breaker status,the fault isolation can be realized.Based on this,a modified algorithm suitable for network topology changes is proposed by modifying the fault information matrix and the breaker trip vector.Moreover,the fault tolerance of the algorithm is studied aiming at handling issues associated with various communication systems failures.Case studies show that the approaches proposed are both correct and feasible.
