摘 要:采用等体积浸渍法制备了以钛交联粘土为载体,Cu与V氧化物为活性组分的烟气NO氧化催化剂(Cu-V/Ti-PILCs),并考察了各种制备条件下催化剂的活性及稳定性。结果显示,当V水/V丙酮=1∶2,负载4%CuO和2%V2O5,并在500℃煅烧时制得的Cu-V/Ti-PILCs催化剂,在NO浓度为350 mg/m3,O2体积分数10%,N2平衡,空速12 000 h-1,NO的氧化度可以达到48%,并在含7.3%(V)和700 mg/m3SO2的模拟烟气中,稳定活性10 h以上,初步显示其耐硫、水中毒性能良好。Cu/V exchanged TiO2-pillared clays(Cu-V/Ti-PILCs) for catalytic oxidization of NO in flue gas was prepared by equal volume impregnation method;and their catalytic activity and stability at different preparation conditions were investigated.Experimental results showed that Cu-V/Ti-PILCs prepared under conditions of VH2O/Vacetone=1∶ 2,4% of CuO load,2% of V2O5 load,and calcination temperature of 500 ℃ reached 48% of oxidation of NOx when NO concentration was 350 mg/m3,O2 was 10%(V),N2 was balance,and superficial space velocity was 12 000 h-1.It preserved its activity more than 10 hours even with 7.3%(V) water vapor and 700 mg/m3 SO2 in simulated flue gas,showing good resistibility to SO2 and H2O poisoning.
