摘  要:印染污泥热值较低,直接燃烧较为困难,需要添加辅助燃料进行混燃。通过对印染污泥与煤在循环流化床中混烧实验研究,发现印染污泥着火特性较差,启动时需将炉温提升至800℃以上,加入的污泥才能进行燃烧;污泥与煤在循环流化床中可以实现充分燃烧,温度在800~900℃之间均匀稳定,燃烧效率超过95%;混烧工况下烟气SO2含量高,在炉内加石灰石后脱硫效果显著,可以实现达标排放。Dyeing sludge with low heat value is difficult to combust directly,so auxiliary fuel is required.Experiments on co-combustion of dyeing sludge and coal were made in a circulating fluidized bed and it was shown that ignition characteristics of dyeing sludge was bad.At start-up stage,the dyeing sludge added could not combust until the furnace temperature was higher than 800 ℃.When the furnace temperature was kept in the range of 800~900 ℃stably,sludge and coal could burn completely and the combustion efficiency was greater than 95%.In the co-combustion without desulphurization condition,the SO2 content in flue gas was high.After limestone was added,SO2 emission decreased remarkably and the flue gas could meet emission standards.
