油松树皮甲醇提取物的体外抗氧化作用

摘　　要：[目的]研究油松树皮甲醇提取物的体外抗氧化作用.[方法]用比色法测定油松树皮甲醇提取物对家兔肝组织的体外总抗氧化能力和对羟自由基诱导的卵磷脂体系脂质过氧化作用的影响,并用水杨酸法测定油松树皮提取物对肝组织羟自由基的清除率.[结果]油松树皮甲醇提取物具有较强的总抗氧化能力,当提取物质量浓度为4.000 g/L时,其总抗氧化能力为(86.39±0.001)U;可有效清除羟自由基;并可质量浓度依赖性地抑制羟自由基诱导的卵磷脂体系脂质过氧化作用发生.[结论]油松树皮甲醇提取物具有较强的体外抗氧化活性.OBJECTIVE To study the antioxidative effects of the methanol extract of Pinus tabulaeformis carr in vitro.METHODSTotal antioxidant activity（T-AOC） and lipid peroxidative activity of lecithin system induced by hydroxyl radicals in rabbit liver treated with the methanol extract of Pinus tabulaeformis carr were detected by chromatometry,and the free adical scavenging effects were evaluated by salicylic acid method.RESULTSThe methanol extract of Pinus tabulaeformis carr had total antioxidant capacity,and total antioxidant capacity was（86.39±0.001）U and could scavenge the hydroxy radical at 4.000g/L of concentration of the methanol extract of Pinus tabulaeformis carr,and inhibited the occurrence of lipid peroxidatiion of lecithin system induced by hydroxyl radicals with the concentration dependently.CONCLUSIONThe methanol extract of Pinus tabulaeformis carr has an antioxidative effects in vitro.
