摘  要:[目的]建立小鼠棘阿米巴性脑炎模型.[方法]经鼻腔滴注给ICR小鼠接种赫氏棘阿米巴,感染后每天观察病程变化并记录死亡例数.取死亡小鼠一半的脑组织匀浆置于铺了灭活处理大肠杆菌的琼脂培养基上培养,观察棘阿米巴的生长情况;取另一半脑组织行HE染色观察病理学改变.[结果]棘阿米巴感染后1周开始可见死亡小鼠,实验组小鼠脑组织中可观察到棘阿米巴生长.脑组织HE染色观察可见棘阿米巴滋养体浸润,其周围有炎性细胞浸润.[结论]应用鼻腔滴注法成功建立了棘阿米巴性脑炎模型.OBJECTIVE To establish the model of amoebic encephalitis in mice.METHODS The ICR mice had an inoculation by dripping the acanthamoeba healyi into the nostril,and the changes of course of diseases were daily observed and death cases were recorded after infection.The brain tissue homogenates in one half of brain from all died mice were incubated by placing on agar plate coated with heat inactivated escherichia coli to observe the growth of acanthamoeba,and brain tissues in the other one half of brain were stained with HE to observe the histopathologic changes.RESULTSAfter one week of the acanthamoeba infection,the mice began to be death.The growth of acanthamoeba was observed in the brain tissue of experimental group,and the amoeba trophozoite surrounded with inflammatory cells was infiltrated.CONCLUSIONIt is feasible to establish the animal model of amoebic encephalitis by using intranasal instillation method.
