美式脊椎矫正与平衡针灸结合治疗35例神经根型颈椎病临床分析

摘　　要：[背景]观察美式脊椎矫正与平衡针灸结合治疗神经根型颈椎病的疗效.[病例报告]将68例患者随机分为治疗组(35例)和对照组(33例),治疗组采用美式脊椎矫正与平衡针灸结合治疗,对照组采用颈椎牵引和物理因子结合治疗.治疗组总有效率为97.1(,对照组为85.3%,两组疗效间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).[讨论]美式脊椎矫正与平衡针灸结合治疗神经根型颈椎病有较好的疗效.BACKGROUND To study the therapeutic effects of chiropractic combined with balance acupuncture for nerve root type of cervical spondylosis.CASE REPORTS68 cases of nerve root type of cervical spondylosis were randomly divided into treatment group（35 cases） and control group（33 cases）.The treatment group was treated by the chiropractic combined with balancing acupuncture,and the control group were treated by the cervical traction combined with physical factor therapy.Total effective rate were 97.1% in the treatment group and 85.3% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant between two groups（P0.05）.DISCUSSIONThe chiropractic combined with balance acupuncture has a better therapeutic effect for the nerve root type of cervical spondylosis.
