含片状夹杂共晶复合陶瓷的有效弹性性能及其尺度效应

摘　　要：含片状夹杂共晶复合陶瓷中存在共晶界面,共晶界面对材料性能具有较大影响。建立了包含片状夹杂、界面相、基体及有效介质的四相模型,应用有效自洽法求得了材料的柔度增量,根据所得到的柔度增量对含片状夹杂共晶复合陶瓷的有效弹性性能进行了预报。Eutectic interface existed in the eutectic ceramic consists of lamellae inclusion;the interphase has large influence on the mechanical properties of ceramic composite.The four-phase model is established which is composed of the lamellae inclusion,interphase,matrix and effective medium.The effective self-consistent method is used to determine flexibility increment tensor of composite ceramic.
