摘　　要：针对矿井实际工况提出了一种多绳摩擦式提升机钢丝绳张力在线监测方案,该方案通过安装在多绳摩擦式提升机钢丝绳张力自动平衡装置上的油压传感器、安装在箕斗上的油压传感器数据采集装置、无线通信模块、箕斗行程测量装置和LabVIEW上位机实现多绳摩擦式提升机钢丝绳张力的在线监测,对超载和张力差过大等提升故障进行报警,保障提升机的安全运行。Aiming at the mine actual condition.A monitoring system for tension of wire rope used for multi-rope friction hoist is introduced.This system monitors the actual hoist load via oil sensors installed on auto balance device of multi-rope friction hoist,oil pressure sensor data acquisition devices installed on skip buckets,wireless transmit modules,stoke measurement of skip buckets and LabVIEW program in host computer,realizing alarm of faults such as unbalanced tension,overload and so on.This system guarantees the safety of mine hoist.
