摘　　要：针对已有中小型产品的创新概念设计,将功能分解理论中的FAST方法引入TRIZ作为补充,以有效去除无用信息、确定矛盾冲突,提高创新设计的质量和效率。应用该方法革新了高速走丝电火花线切割机的关键部件导轮。Focused on the innovative conceptual design of existing products not so complex,introducing the FAST method,an theory of functional decomposition,to TRIZ as a supplement,so as to remove the superfluous information and determine conflicts effectively,improve the quality and efficiency of innovative design.Innovated one of HS-WEDM＇s key parts,the guide wheel,with this method.
