摘 要:为探明贵州甘薯地方品种资源的特性,采用田间比较鉴定、室内检测分析等方法对贵州地方甘薯品种的地上及地下部分性状、产量、烘干率、熟食味和块根成分等方面进行了研究。结果表明:贵州省独特的立体气候,造就了丰富的甘薯资源品种;从熟食味和块根成分看,紫云红心薯、凯里板栗薯的各项指标较好;从鲜薯产量看,道真白皮苕最高。研究结果可为新品种的选育奠定基础。Field trails and lab detection were applied to study the properties underground and aboveground,yield,dry-matter rate,cooked taste,and component of tubers of sweet potato varieties to explore the characteristics of Guizhou local sweet potato varieties.Result indicated that plenty of sweet potato variety resources were contributed by the special climate in Guizhou.Red-core sweet potato from Ziyun(Ziyun hongxin shu) and Chestnut-taste sweet potato from Kaili(Kaili banli shu) had better index in terms of cooked taste and tubers composition,while White-skin sweet potato from Daozhen(Daozhen baipi shu) had the highest yield.The research could provide basic information for further new varieties breeding.
