摘  要:为了解玉米圆斑病菌毒素的致病机理,采用种子萌发和种子根伸长抑制法对玉米圆斑病菌产生毒素的致病作用进行了初步研究。结果表明:玉米圆斑病菌毒素的化学成分主要为蛋白质,含量为58.6μg/mL。种子萌发抑制率,PH4CV最低,仅10.37%;黄早四最高,达73.33%。根伸长抑制率,PH6WC最低,仅48.30%;昌7-2最高,达72.87%。玉米小斑病菌产生毒素的生物测定以种子根伸长抑制法较准确。Pathogenicity of toxin produced by Bipolaris zeicola was preliminarily studied by seed germination and root elongation inhibition methods to know the pathogenesis of toxin produced by Bipolaris zeicola.The results showed that the main chemical composition of toxin was protein,58.6 μg/mL,seed germination inhibition rate of PH4CV was the lowest,10.37%,and that of Huangzaosi was the highest,73.33%.The root elongation inhibition rate of PH6WC was the lowest,48.30%,and that of Chang7-2 was the highest,72.87%.Root elongation inhibition method was the better method for bioassays of toxin produced by Bipolaris zeicola.
