摘 要:为了解我国奶牛乳房炎主要病原菌对常见抗生素的耐药情况,以指导临床合理用药,从奶牛场采集的临床型乳房炎病乳中分离鉴定出无乳链球菌、停乳链球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌,每种菌20株,采用药敏纸片法进行常见抗生素的耐药性检测。结果表明,大部分抗生素对奶牛乳房炎的4种主要菌均产生了不同程度的耐药性,其耐药率达10%~100%,未发现1种对4种菌均高度敏感的药物。对4种菌均有抑制作用的药物有氟苯尼考、左氟沙星、洛美沙星、氟哌酸和头孢类药物,其敏感度达60%~100%;对4种菌产生较强耐药性的药物主要有青霉素G、链霉素和复方新诺明,其耐药率达30%~100%。试验结果对进一步监测奶牛乳房炎主要病原菌的耐药变迁情况,指导临床合理用药具有重要的意义。To know antibiotic susceptibility of main pathogens in subclinical mastitis and guide clinical drug use reasonably,Antimicrobial susceptibility tests of S.agalactiae,S.dysgalactiae,S.aureus and E.coli,which were isolated from milk samples of dairy cow with clinical mastitis,were performed using slip method.The results showed that the four pathogens were resistant to antibiotics in varying degrees with resistance rate ranging from 10% to 100%.No antibiotic was found with high susceptibility to the four pathogens.The four pathogens were all susceptive to florfenicol,levofloxacin,lomefloxacin,norfloxacin and cephalosporins and the sensitivity ranged from 60% to 100%.The four pathogens had high resistance to Penicillin G,streptomycin and SMZ-TMP with resistance rate ranging from 30% to 100%.The results have important significance for further monitoring resistance change of major mastitis pathogens and guiding clinical drug use reasonably.
