摘　　要：分析了影响花椰菜游离小孢子培养的主要因素(材料基因型、小孢子发育时期、预处理和预培养、培养基成分、培养技术),并对胚状体发生与植株再生、DH纯系获得等的研究情况进行了阐述,展望了游离小孢子培养技术发展前景。This article summarized the main factors which affect the dissociated microspore＇s culture of Brassica oleracea var.botrytis（the genotype of the material,the growth period of the dissociated microspores,pretreatment and pre-cultivation,the consisting of the culture,the technology）,the embryoid＇s occurrence,the regeneration of the plant,and also the acquirement of DH lines are related.The foreground of the dissociated microspore＇s culture was also prospected.
