摘  要:蒜黄生长到5,10,15,20 cm时,喷施0,50,100,150 mg/L的亚硒酸钠,调查其生长和部分营养成分的变化。研究结果表明,喷施亚硒酸钠促进了蒜黄芽体生长,鲜质量、干质量分别升高2.6%~3.8%、10.8%~11.0%;可溶性蛋白质、可溶性总糖、维生素C均有增高趋势。可溶性蛋白质含量升高最多,增加了6.7%~63.4%;纤维素的含量差异达显著水平,比对照低31.0%;钾具有大幅度提高趋势;硒含量各处理间差异显著,最高的比对照高43.62倍。To test its effect on the growth and nutrient,several concentration of sodium selenite(0,50,100,150 mg/L) were sprayed on the blanched garlic leaves when at the height of 5,10,15,20 cm.The results showed that the height,dry weight of sprout rised by 2.6%-3.8%,10.8%-11.0%.The content of soluble protein,total sugar,vitamin C increased by spraying sodium selenite,the soluble protein increased mostly by 6.7-63.4 times.However,the level of cellulose decreased by 31.0% at most.The content of potassium in the blanched garlic leaves tended to increase substantially;the content of potassium in the blanched garlic leaves was different from processing,the greater was 43.62 times over contrast.
