摘　　要：结合生产实践,对张钢1 350 m3高炉的设计进行了分析,分析认为该高炉设计加厚了死铁层厚度,采用了合理的炉衬、冷却结构及PW型串罐无料钟炉顶设备等,确保了该高炉一代寿命在12年以上。Based on production practice,the paper has analyzed the design of 1350m3 blast furnace in Zhang Steel.The analysis shows that the design of this furnace intensifies the thickness of old horse and adopts rational furnace lining,cooling structure,PW serial type bell-less top,etc.to guarantee the first service lift of the blast furnace is more than 12 years.
