摘  要:[目的]探讨饮食护理对脑卒中后吞咽困难病人预后的影响。[方法]随机将病人分为治疗组69例和对照组68例,对照组按照神经内科疾病常规治疗和康复训练,治疗组在其基础上加强饮食护理,包括食物改进、进食体位、喂养方法、进食器具、吞咽方法的指导。[结果]经过1个月的康复训练,治疗组误吸、营养不良、脱水均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]对卒中后吞咽困难病人加强饮食护理能提高吞咽功能,减少并发症的发生,有利于卒中病人的康复。Objective:To probe into influence of diet nursing on prognosis of cerebral apoplexy patients with dysphagia.Methods:A total of 137 patients were divided into test group(n=69) and control group(n=68) randomly.Patients of control group were carried out conventional therapy and rehabilitation training in neurology department.Patients of test group were given strengthened diet nursing,including guidances on food improvement,eating posture,feeding methods,eating appliance,and ways of swallowing.Results:After one month's rehabilitation training,the aspiration,malnutrition,dehydration of test group patients were all lower than that of control group cases.There were statistical significant differences berween the two groups(all P〈0.05).Conclusion:To strengthen diet nursing for cerebral apoplexy patients with dysphagia can enhance swallow function and decrease complications for them.And it is helpful for the rehabilitation of dysphagia patients.
