热喷快固防腐涂料及施工工艺技术研究

摘　　要：研制了热喷作业的无溶剂双组分快固涂料,给出了石油沥青聚氨酯、石油沥青环氧树酯、煤焦油聚氨酯的技术指标,并对这三种材料的生产成本进行了经济性比较。热喷快固防腐涂料较其它防腐涂料性能优越,主要应用于管道大修、油罐内外防护及大口径管道内防腐等。A solvent free bicomponent fast-curing coating material has been developed. The technical specifications on the asphalt polyurethane,asphalt polyurethane resin,and coal-tar polyurethane have been presented, and the economical comparision on the running cost of the materials the mentioned above has been made. The hot-spraying and fast curing coating materials are advanced than others in the anti-corrosive performance, and suitable to renovate the corroded pipeline, and can protect internal/external oil tanks as well as internal large-diameter pipeline.
