随位自动脱挂尾管悬挂器的研究与应用

摘　　要：针对现用尾管悬挂器倒扣困难， 不能活动套管， 以及液压式悬挂器不能循环操作和容易造成提前坐挂等问题， 研制了ＳＺ—Ｉ型随位自动脱挂尾管悬挂器。这种悬挂器具有随位悬挂、自动脱挂、上下活动和旋转套管、不钻水泥塞和可进行尾管回接等多种功能。３０ 多口井的现场应用表明， 悬挂器操作简便， 性能可靠， 固井质量合格， 所有试验数据均符合设计要求， 平均每口井可节约直接钻井成本１５ 万元以上。这种悬挂器还可用于大斜度井、水平井、小间隙井以及老井侧钻井。Model SZ—Ⅰ automatic unlocking liner hanger is developed in the light of the problems with the application of existing liner hangers. The new type liner hanger can be set in any position of the casing in a hole and unlocked automatically. Provided with the liner hanger, the casing can be reciprocated and rotated easily during well cementing without cement plug being drilled. Field application shows that, by using this liner hanger in well cementing, good cementing quality can be achieved, and all the test data accord with the design requirements, and great financial profit can be obtained.
