摘 要:应用颗粒与空气在干燥管内的传热传质机理,建立了秸秆燃料水平管气流干燥数学模型,应用MATLAB进行数值求解得到模拟结果;建立气流干燥试验台,进行单因素试验,得到的模拟结果与试验结果相吻合。并将干燥过程分为快速干燥区和缓慢干燥区。分析了初始含水率、热空气温度和质量流量、物料质量流量对干燥效果的影响,得到热空气质量流量是影响干燥效果的最主要因素。热空气温度和质量流量提高,生物质燃料颗粒质量流量减小,均能提高干燥效果,而较高的初始含水率会延长干燥过程进入缓慢干燥区的时间,从而降低干燥效果。Based on the mechanism of mass and heat transfer of the particles and air in drying tube,the mathematics model of pneumatic drying process was established which referred to straw fuel in straight horizontal tube.Using MATLAB program the equations were solved to present the simulating results.Test bed of pneumatic drying was established,the test results were summed up by single-factor test.It has been found that the simulating results were consistent with data derived from single-factor test,and the pneumatic drying process was divided into two parts which were high-speed drying rate area and slow drying rate area.The effects,including initial water content,hot air temperature,mass of hot air and materiel,on biomass humidity were investigated,in which the most important factor on gas flow drying of straw fuel was the mass flow rate of hot air.The drying effect will be improved with hot air temperature and mass of hot air and material increasing.However,a high initial water content will make the drying effect decrease.
