摘　　要：目的了解哈尔滨市健康人群流行性脑脊髓膜炎带菌状况和免疫水平,预测流行性脑脊髓膜炎发病的趋势,为流行性脑脊髓膜炎的防控提供依据。方法根据哈尔滨市流行性脑脊髓膜炎历年发病资料,随机选择宾县作为调查点,在宾县的各乡镇中,随机抽取民和、三宝、鸟和三个乡进行调查。分别采集〈1岁、1~2岁、3~4岁、5~6岁、7~14岁、15~19岁及20岁以上共7个年龄组,每个年龄组30人的咽拭子及静脉血分别进行健康人群带菌调查及人群抗体水平检测。结果哈尔滨市健康人群A群流行性脑脊髓膜炎IgG抗体的总阳性率为76.19%（160/210）,C群流行性脑脊髓膜炎IgG抗体的总阳性率为31.90%（67/210）;健康人群脑膜炎奈瑟氏菌（以下简称NM）的带菌率为5.24%（11/210）。结论哈尔滨市健康人群NM带菌率较低,健康人群A群流行性脑脊髓膜炎IgG抗体阳性率维持在较高水平,C群流行性脑脊髓膜炎IgG抗体阳性率相对较低,表明大部分人对A群有免疫作用,但C群感染率较高。Objective To know antibody level of epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis and carri ge rate of neisseria meningitidis in healthy population.Methods Collect blood specimens from 7 different age groups were used to determine antibody level against Group A and Group C meningococci by ELISA.Results The total antibody positive rate against Group A was 76.19% and the rate against Group C was31.90% during epidemic period.The carriage rate of Neisseria meningitidis in healthy population was 5.24%.Conclusion The carriage rate of neisseria meningidis in healthy population is relatively low and the antibody level against Group A meningococci in Harbin is relatively higher the antibody level against Group C meningococci is rather low.
