摘  要:针对制药废水的水质特点,以乙酰螺旋霉素生产废水为例进行试验研究。试验结果表明厌氧反应器COD容积负荷为8-13kg/m3d,淹没式生物膜曝气地容积负荷为4~8kg/m3d,从而获得满意的出水水质,为制药废水处理工艺的选择提供了实用、有价值的理论依据和实际经验。The article is subject to the laboratory research about processing technology of wastewater from manufacturing acetylspiramycin with the concideration to characterictics of pharmaceutical wastewater. As the results of experiments, the loads rate of anaerobic reactor is 8 ~ 13 kgCoD/m3. d and the loading rate of suhmerged biofilm aeration basin is 4 ~ 8 kgCoD/m3. d. The quality of processed water is up to the required standard. The research had revealed the valuable theoretic evidence of pharmaceutical wastewater processing and provided practical choice to the technical processing for the pharmaceutical wastewater.
