松龄血脉康胶囊与来适可治疗老年高脂血症的疗效比较

摘　　要：目的探讨松龄血脉康胶囊的疗效并评价其安全性。方法选择老年高脂血症患者120例,随机分为两组,给予松龄血脉康胶囊联合来适可及单用来适可治疗,于治疗前及6周后检查血脂,进行对照研究。结果两组治疗后与治疗前相比TC、TG及HDL均有明显下降,差异有统计学意义;治疗后组间HDL比较差异有统计学意义,而TC、TG比较差异无统计学意义。结论松龄血脉康胶囊是一种疗效可靠、较为安全的降血脂药物,适合于老年患者长期服用。Objective To observe the clinical effect and to evaluate the security of Songling Xuemaikang Capsule on treating hyperlipemia.Methods 120 cases with hyperlipemia were divided randomly into two groups and was given respectively Songling Xuemaikang Capsule plus Lescol Capsule and Lescol Capsule individually.They were treated for 6 weeks.TC、TG and HDL-C were determined before treatment and 6 weeks after treatment.Results There was a significantly difference between before and after treatmentand was also a significantly difference between after treatment of two groups in HDL-C,but not difference in TC and TG.Conclusion Songling Xuemaikang Capsule was a kind of reliable and safe antilipimic angent which could be applied for the elderly for a long-term treatment.
