摘  要:研究了在表面活性剂溴化十六烷基吡啶(CPB)和聚乙二醇辛基苯基醚(OP)存在下,Mn(Ⅱ)与三甲氧基苯基荧光酮(TM-PF)的显色反应,结果表明:在pH 9.0~10.2的硼砂缓冲介质中,Mn(Ⅱ)与TM-PF形成1:4蓝紫色配合物,其最大吸收波长λm ax为575nm,表观摩尔吸光系数ε为1.65×105L/mo.lcm,Mn(Ⅱ)含量在0μg/L^200μg/L范围内符合比尔定律,是光度法测定锰的高灵敏体系之一,拟定方法用于茶叶标样及蒙药样品中微量锰的测定,相对标准偏差1.8%~3.0%方法回收率为96.2%~104%,测定结果与推荐值相符,结果满意。The colour reaction of manganese( Ⅱ ) with trimethoxyphenylfluorone (TM - PF) in the presence of CPB and OP were stud- ied . It was found that manganese(Ⅱ ) reacts with TM - PF in a medium of pH 9.0 - 10.2 to form a 1:4 complex with maximum absorption at 575 nm. The molar absorptivity of the complex is 1.65 × 10^5L/mol·cm . Beer's law is obeyed for manganese( Ⅱ ) in the range of 0μg/L -200μg/L. Trace amounts of manganese in tea and mongolian medicine have been determined by proposed method and the relative standard deviation is 1.8% - 3.0% and the recovery standard addition is 96.2% - 104%. the results obtained are satisfactory.
