国防生军事素质现状调查及分析

摘　　要：本文通过采用抽样调查的方法,对湖南省几所高校国防生进行了军事素质的问卷调查,深入分析了目前国防生的军事知识素质、军人作风养成、军事技能素质等方面现状。调查表明:多数国防生军事理论基础较好,但军事指挥能力较弱;具有较强的服从意识和顽强的战斗精神,但日常养成意识薄弱、军人仪容重视不够;心理素质较过硬,但军事体能和组训能力还需加强。This Paper analyzes the military quality of the students for national defense from several universities in Hunan Province by sample survey.It analyzes the current situation of the students＇ military quality,the cultivation of the armyman＇s style and their military skills.The survey shows that most of the students have good basic military theory,but they lack the commanding capacity;They have strong subordinate consciousness and fighting spirit but do not pay enough attention to their appearance.They possess good psychological quality but physical stamina and the ability to organize training.
