摘 要:目的探讨再生障碍性贫血缓解期前后99mTc-硫胶体骨髓显像与半定量分析的临床应用价值。方法选择骨髓活检穿刺证实的20例再生障碍性贫血病儿,于治疗缓解期前后分别行99mTc-硫胶体骨髓显像,并分别选取颅骨、胸骨、颈椎、胸椎、腰椎、骨盆、骶髂关节、双侧肱骨上段、双侧股骨上段共13个部位显像结果进行半定量分析。结果缓解前后全身骨髓、中心骨髓、外周骨髓半定量平均值比较差异无显著性(P均>0.05);骶髂关节缓解前后骨髓半定量平均量比较差异有显著性(t=3.71,P<0.05)。结论 99mTc-硫胶体骨髓显像半定量分析能较为全面和精确了解再生障碍性贫血缓解期前后骨髓造血功能状态,为临床治疗再生障碍性贫血提供有价值信息。Objective To evaluate the clinical value of semiquantitative analysis of bone marrow imaging in patients with aplastic anemia(AA) before and after remission. Methods Twenty children with AA confirmed by bone marrow biopsy underwent 99mTc-sulfur colloid bone marrow imaging before and after remission.All imaging results of 13 parts,including skull,sternum,vertebrae,thoracic,lumbar spine,pelvis,sacroiliac joints,upper humerus and upper femur were studied with semi-quantitative analysis. Results The mean value of total bone marrow,central bone marrow,and peripheral bone marrow were not significantly different between before and after remission(P0.05);while that of sacroiliac joint and pelvic bone was significantly different(t=3.71,P0.05). Conclusion The semiquantitative analysis of bone marrow imaging using 99mTc-sulfur colloid is of clinical value in overall and exact understanding the hematopoietic function of bone marrow before and after remission of AA,which provides a valuable information for clinical therapy of this condition.
