摘　　要：目的:探讨利用外固定支架对骨断端加压治疗长骨骨不连接的临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析2003年3月至2008年10月使用镶嵌式外固定器对骨折断端加压治疗长管状骨骨不连17例。结果:17例随访9-36个月,骨不连断端完全骨性愈合,愈合时间4-9个月,平均6.6个月。针孔感染1例,经对症换药、抗感染处理后痊愈。结论:使用镶嵌式外固定器对骨折断端加压治疗长管状骨骨不连,能缩短住院治疗时间,减少治疗费用,达到微创治疗的目的并能取得良好的临床疗效。Objective： To investigate clinical effect of external fixation＇s pressure to cure long bone non- union. Method： We retrospective analysed the cases with mosaic external fixation pressure treatment of long bone nonunion of Mar. 2003 to Oct. 2008. Result： 17 patients were followed up for 9-36 months, the non- union were completely healed, the healing time of 4-9 months, average 6.6 months. Pinhole infection in 1 case, the symptomatic medication, anti-infection treatment cure. Conclusion： Mosaic external fixation pres- sure on the treatment of long bone nonunion, can shorten the time of therapy, reduce treatment cost to achieve the purpose of minimally invasive treatment and can achieve good clinical effect.
