摘  要:目的:探讨血清C反应蛋白(CRP)和肌钙蛋白Ⅰ(cTnⅠ)测定在冠心病(CHD)诊断中的应用价值。方法:CRP采用速率散射比浊法测定,cTnⅠ采用化学发光法测定,共检测135例不同类型的CHD患者血清的CRP和cTnⅠ水平。结果:CHD组的CRP和cTnⅠ水平均明显高于正常对照组(P<0.01);不同类型的CHD患者CRP和cTnⅠ浓度比较,急性心肌梗死(AMI)组>不稳定型心绞痛(UAP)组>稳定型心绞痛(SAP)组,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:急性时相蛋白CRP和心肌损伤特异性指标cTnⅠ联合检测,在诊断CHD中可起互补作用,对早期特异性诊断CHD以及病情预后具有重要的意义。Objective: To investigate the clinical value of serum C-reactive protein and C-troponin I for the diagnosis of coronary heart disease. Method: C-reactive protein (CRP)was detected with refraction test and C-troponin I (cTnI) was detected with chemical cllumination test. Both CRP and cTnI levels in 135 cases with different types of coronary heart diseases (CHD) were detected. Result: Both CRP and cTnI levels were higher in study group than those in control group ( P〈0. 01 ). CRP and cTnI levels were the highest in acute myocardial infarction (AMI) group and the second highest in unstable angina pectoris {UAP) group. Both levels were the lowest in stable angina pectoris ( SAP ) group. The data had statistic significance ( P〈0.01 ). Conclusion: C-reactive protein combined with cTnI was supplementary for the early specific di- agnosis and the late prognosis of CHD.
