顺尔宁联合舒利迭治疗支气管哮喘的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨顺尔宁联合舒利迭治疗支气管哮喘(BA)的临床效果。方法:将在我院治疗的支气管哮喘患者52例随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组给予布地奈德气雾剂吸入,观察组给予顺尔宁联合舒利迭治疗。结果:治疗后观察组患者MMEF、FEV1、PEF优于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组ACT评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05),两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者均未见明显的药物不良反应。结论:顺尔宁联合舒利迭治疗支气管哮喘效果明确。Objective： To investigate the effect of singulair combined with seretide in treating bronchial asthma. Method： The 52 cases with bronchial asthma were divided into the observing group and the control group. The control group received the bronchial asthma,and the observing group received the treatment of singulair combined with seretide. Result： The MMEF, FEV1 and PEF in the observe group after treatment were superior to those in control group, and there was significant difference between them （P〈0. 05 ）. The scores of ACT in the observe group was higher than that in the control group, and there was significant difference in them （P〈0.05）. There was no significant side-effect in the two groups. Conclusion： The effect of singulair combined with seretide in treating bronchial asthma is obvious.
